Crafted from a classic Provençal blend—primarily Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah—Les Commandeurs Rosé is sourced from estate vineyards set in the stony limestone and clay soils of the Massif des Maures foothills. The 2024 vintage saw a temperate growing season with cool nights, allowing for slow ripening and preservation of delicate aromatics and acidity. Grapes are harvested in the early morning hours to maintain freshness, then gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No oak is used, ensuring a clean, pure expression of the fruit and terroir. Aromas of red currant, crushed stone, and lemon blossom give way to a palate that is precise and refreshing, with a saline lift on the finish. A perfect partner to Provençal fare—think grilled sea bass, bouillabaisse, or salade niçoise—it’s equally compelling as an apéritif.
